Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It makes a person or organization named in its schedule an insured under Coverage A (dwelling) and Coverage B (other structures) at a scheduled location, and requires written notice to that party if the insurer cancels or does not renew the policy.

What the added insured is covered for. Insured status is limited to the dwelling and other structures at the location listed in the schedule. The endorsement does not extend personal property or any other coverage to the named party.
“If we decide to cancel or not to renew this policy, the party named in the Schedule will be notified in writing.”

When the added insured is told about cancellation. The scheduled party receives written notice if the insurer cancels or does not renew the policy. The schedule also records that party's interest in the property.
