Exemption

Enumerated special commercial risks are exempt from rate filing including excess or umbrella qualifying commercial business HPR aviation credit boiler/equipment breakdown inland marine and fidelity/surety.

Applies to: Enumerated §997 commercial risks

Conditions and exceptions: Workers compensation employer liability and excess workers compensation do not receive this exemption; eligibility definitions and the $10000 commercial premium threshold must be applied.
