Exemption

Eligible Article 63 risks receive rate and form filing relief. For a Class 3 large-commercial insured a form not previously filed is informational within three business days after first delivery and no later than 60 calendar days after policy inception.

Conditions and exceptions: Personal nonbusiness motor vehicle financial-responsibility group and other statutory exclusions do not qualify; Class 3 eligibility currently runs through June 30 2027.

Customary nonmanual inland-marine rates are not filed unless directed. Specific inland-marine rates specially rated by a rate service organization become effective when filed and remain effective until disapproved.
