Applies to: Proposed rate increase within flex thresholds

Conditions and exceptions: Overall rate impact and greatest individual disruption are each capped at 3.000 percent until revised; first existing policyholder impact must be at least 45 days after filing; the filing cannot change supplementary rate information and cumulative limits apply.

Note: Effective January 1 2026; thresholds are explicitly time-sensitive.

Packaging

Nevada accepts combination Form/Rate/Rule filings and charges a new-program fee covering rates rules and forms. For a complex rate filing over the 1000-page limit the DOI recommends splitting the form portion into a separate filing.

Applies to: Related rate form and rule material

Conditions and exceptions: Current data uses Form/Rate and Form/Rate/Rule types but not a distinct Form/Rule type.
