Effective October 24 2024 qualifying unique commercial forms are exempt from filing under both the property and casualty chapters and must be retained for at least three years.

Applies to: A unique policy or endorsement designed for a particular risk

Conditions and exceptions: The exemption is limited to a particular commercial risk and does not create a general commercial no-file rule.

Chapter 3937 requires casualty and motor-vehicle forms to be filed but does not impose the property chapter's 30-day waiting period; ordinary filings therefore operate as file-and-use unless another product provision applies.
