Method

Ordinary filings must be made at least 30 days before the proposed effective date and deem approved unless disapproved; the commissioner may extend review for up to 60 days after written notice.

Applies to: Ordinary rates supplementary rate information forms and endorsements

Conditions and exceptions: Enumerated commercial lines and customary nonmanual inland marine have different treatment. A filing is not complete until requested supporting information is furnished.
