Packaging

Current Georgia SERFF taxonomy separates Form filings from Rate/Rule filings. Dated 2026 objections require a companion rate/rule filing for form changes and reciprocal linking between the two filings.

Applies to: Submission packaging

Conditions and exceptions: A filing may need both packages; include the companion SERFF tracking number in each.

Note: The local 2024+ corpus contains separate Form and Rate/Rule categories and no combined form/rate category.
