Overview
ISO's dwelling property program insures residential buildings, including rented homes, mainly for property damage. DP 00 01, the basic form, covers fire, lightning and internal explosion, with optional extended coverage and vandalism perils; DP 00 02, the broad form, covers more named perils; and DP 00 03, the special form, covers the dwelling against any direct physical loss that is not excluded and personal property against named perils. All three include fair rental value, and liability is added separately rather than built in.
