DP 00 01 Basic Form

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. Dwelling property coverage form that insures the dwelling, other structures, personal property and fair rental value at the described location against fire, lightning and internal explosion, with extended coverage and vandalism perils when a premium is shown.
