Endorsements

Additional insured endorsement in admitted P&C products

Coverage intent

An additional insured endorsement extends insured status to another person or organization for a defined relationship, project, contract, or exposure.

Coverage impact

Additional insured wording drives contractual risk transfer. Small differences in who qualifies, what operations are covered, and whether completed operations are included can materially change the protection.
