An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It makes a scheduled co-owner of the insured premises an additional insured, but only for its liability as co-owner, limited to what the law and any contract require.

The 08 24 edition updates the form date and refers to the applicable limits of insurance without saying they are shown in the Declarations. The coverage is the same as 07 13.
