BP 04 16 Additional Insured – Lessor Of Leased Equipment

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It makes the scheduled lessor of equipment leased to you an additional insured for liability caused by your maintenance, operation or use of that equipment, ending when the lease expires and limited to what the lease contract requires.
