BP 04 47 Additional Insured – Vendors

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It makes the vendors named in the schedule additional insureds for bodily injury or property damage from your listed products sold or distributed in their regular business, subject to vendor exclusions and limited to what a contract requires.
