CG 20 18 Additional Insured - Mortgagee, Assignee or Receiver

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adds the mortgagee, assignee or receiver in the schedule as an additional insured under general liability for its liability arising out of your ownership, maintenance or use of the scheduled premises, excluding structural alterations, new construction and demolition.
