CG 20 28 Additional Insured - Lessor of Leased Equipment

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adds the lessor named in the schedule as an additional insured, but only for injury or damage caused in whole or in part by your maintenance, operation or use of equipment it leases to you, and not for occurrences after the lease expires.
