CG 20 22 Additional Insured – Church Or Other Similar House Of Religious Worship Members And Officials

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It makes members of a church or similar house of worship insureds for your activities, adds trustees, officials and clergy for their duties, and lets unpaid members and volunteer workers receive medical payments.
