Employment-related practices exclusion in admitted P&C products

Coverage intent

An employment-related practices exclusion limits coverage for claims tied to employment decisions, workplace conduct, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, termination, or related personnel practices.

Coverage impact

This wording separates general liability from EPLI and management liability coverage, and the exceptions can affect how workplace-related third-party claims are handled.
