ISO employment-related practices liability forms

Overview

ISO's employment-related practices liability program covers claims by employees and job applicants over wrongful acts such as wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment. Both coverage forms are claims-made: EP 00 01 pays damages and defense expenses, and EP 00 02 pays defense expenses under a separate limit so they do not reduce the limit for damages. Endorsements extend coverage to claims by non-employees, such as customers, over discrimination or harassment by an insured at work (EP 01 20), add parties with a controlling interest (EP 20 02) or other named organizations (EP 20 01) as insureds, expand the coverage territory abroad (EP 01 35, EP 01 36) and provide an extended reporting period for claims made after the policy ends (EP 28 01).
