An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. For owners and contractors protective coverage, it excludes bodily injury and property damage arising out of a cyber incident, such as unauthorized computer access, malicious code or a denial of service attack, including related response costs.

The 12 25 edition drops the Products/Completed Operations Liability Coverage Part from the coverage parts it applies to and updates the form date. The exclusion wording is the same.
