Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. Coverage form for mortgage lenders. It pays for loss to the lender's mortgage interest, and to property it owns or holds in trust, when an error or accidental omission in its usual procedure leaves the property without valid insurance, plus related mortgageholder and real estate tax liability.
