Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adds loss payee provisions to commercial property coverage, applying a loss payable, lender's loss payable, contract of sale or building owner clause that sets how losses are adjusted and paid for each scheduled loss payee.
How the form has changed
