Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It discloses the part of your premium charged for certified acts of terrorism under the federal Terrorism Risk Insurance Act, the federal government's share of terrorism losses, and the $100 billion annual cap on payments. It does not add or change any coverage.
How the form has changed
The 12 20 edition fills in the federal share of terrorism losses at 80% in place of the year-by-year blanks in the 01 15 edition. The disclosure wording is otherwise the same.
