Overview
Interline forms are the shared parts of an ISO commercial package policy, used with any coverage part rather than one line. The most used are IL 00 17, the common policy conditions on cancellation, changes, inspections and premiums; IL 00 21, the nuclear energy liability exclusion; IL 00 03, calculation of premium; IL 09 85, the federal terrorism disclosure; and IL 12 01, policy changes. State forms rewrite cancellation and nonrenewal rules to each state's law, such as IL 02 70 for California, and retrospective rating plans (IL 09 18 for one year, IL 09 19 for three years) adjust the final premium to the account's actual losses.
