Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It removes the offense in paragraph e. of the personal and advertising injury definition from the CGL coverage part. In the standard CGL form, that offense is publication of material that violates a person's right of privacy.
How the form has changed
The 01 26 and 06 26 editions reword how they refer to paragraph e. of the definition. The coverage effect is the same as 04 13.
