CG 21 51 Amendment Of Liquor Liability Exclusion - Exception For Scheduled Premises Or Activities

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It replaces the general liability liquor exclusion with a version that also applies when you let people bring alcohol onto your premises, but does not apply to alcohol served at the scheduled activities or brought onto the scheduled premises.

   • The exclusion now also applies if you permit people to bring alcohol onto your premises, and intoxication caused by such alcohol is added to the excluded causes.
