CP 10 65 Flood Coverage Endorsement

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adds Flood as a covered cause of loss for property with a Flood limit shown, subject to a 72-hour waiting period, flood-specific exclusions, a separate Flood deductible and an annual aggregate limit.

   • The 72-hour waiting period no longer applies to a location that had flood coverage for at least 72 hours before inception, when this policy replaces that one without a lapse.
