Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It excludes property damage from explosion, collapse and underground property damage hazards, except for operations performed for you by others, products-completed operations, and scheduled operations for which a hazard is entered as covered.
How the form has changed
The 12 04 edition drops the products/completed operations liability coverage part from the forms it applies to and updates the schedule wording. The coverage wording is the same as 01 96.
