An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It pays up to $600, with no deductible, for transportation, lodging and meal expenses when a scheduled auto breaks down or suffers a covered loss more than 100 miles from home and is out of use for at least 24 hours.

The 09 18 edition updates the schedule and the form date. The coverage wording is the same as 01 05.
