PP 13 03 Trust Endorsement

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adapts a personal auto policy for autos titled to a trust: the grantor and spouse are treated as named insureds, trustees are insureds for their trust duties, and trustees receive cancellation and nonrenewal notices.

   • When the trust is the only named insured, "you" now means the named insured plus the grantor shown in the schedule and the grantor's resident spouse.
