Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It takes effect only if the federal terrorism program ends or is changed in specified ways, and then excludes umbrella coverage for terrorism involving nuclear, biological or chemical means, or causing over $25 million in damage or 50 serious injuries.
How the form has changed
The 01 15 edition rewords the closing statement that the exclusion does not create coverage and updates the form date. The coverage wording is the same as 01 07.
