CU 22 37 Motor Carrier Endorsement

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It replaces Who Is An Insured in the umbrella for your motor carrier operations when the underlying insurance is a Motor Carrier form or a Business Auto form with a Motor Carrier endorsement, setting who is insured for covered autos, hired trailers and leased autos.

   • Another motor carrier, and its employees, agents or drivers, using a covered trailer in that carrier's own business is no longer an insured.
