Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It provides the supplemental extended reporting period for the claims-made products/completed operations coverage form for an added premium, with a separate aggregate limit for claims first received during that period and an excess other insurance rule.
How the form has changed
The 12 25 edition updates section references and the schedule wording and restructures the excess insurance paragraph. The coverage wording is the same as 01 96.
