Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It provides the supplemental extended reporting period for the claims-made general liability coverage form, with separate general and products-completed operations aggregate limits, equal to the expiring ones, for claims first received during that period. It takes effect only if the additional premium is paid.
