Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It lets either you or the insurer demand binding arbitration when you disagree about whether a claim is covered, with each side paying its own arbitrator and sharing the third.
How the form has changed
The 12 04 edition adds electronic data liability and product withdrawal to the coverage parts it applies to and updates the form date. The coverage wording is the same as 11 94.
