Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. For the pesticide, herbicide, fungicide or fertilizer application operations shown in the schedule, it removes part of the pollution exclusion when the operations meet all applicable government statutes, regulations and license standards.
How the form has changed
