CG 21 31 Limited Exclusion - Designated Operations Covered By A Controlled (Wrap-Up) Insurance Program

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It excludes bodily injury and property damage from your ongoing or completed operations at scheduled locations if you are enrolled in a controlled (wrap-up) insurance program for them, unless that program has ended for reasons other than exhausted limits.
