CG 00 37 Products/Completed Operations Liability Coverage Form

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. Coverage form that pays for bodily injury and property damage included in the products-completed operations hazard on an occurrence basis, with a duty to defend suits, for businesses that buy this coverage separately from premises and operations liability.

   • A new exclusion removes coverage for bodily injury or property damage arising out of a cyber incident, such as unauthorized computer access, malicious code or a denial of service attack.
