Overview
ISO's commercial crime program covers money, securities and other property lost to crimes such as employee theft, forgery, robbery, computer fraud and funds transfer fraud. Most forms come in two versions: a loss sustained form, for loss that occurs during the policy period, and a discovery form, for loss first discovered during it. CR 00 21 (loss sustained) and CR 00 20 (discovery) are coverage forms for a package policy, and CR 00 23 and CR 00 22 provide the same coverage as standalone policies. Government entities use CR 00 24 to CR 00 27, the fidelity and forgery policies (CR 00 28, CR 00 29) cover only employee theft and forgery, and CR 00 40 and CR 00 41 cover kidnap, ransom and extortion.
