CR 04 08 Employee Theft – Name Or Position Schedule

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adds employee theft coverage for employees named, or positions listed, in the schedule, with a separate limit and deductible for each, and reduces a position limit when more employees hold the position than scheduled.
