CA 99 44 Loss Payable Clause

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It has the insurer pay you and the named loss payee, as interests may appear, for loss to a covered auto, protects the loss payee unless the loss comes from your conversion, secretion or embezzlement, and gives the loss payee the same advance notice of cancellation.

The 10 13 edition updates the coverage forms it applies to and the form date. The loss payable wording is the same.
