An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It excludes bodily injury from providing or failing to provide medical or other professional services, bodily injury from food or drink furnished with those services, and bodily injury or property damage from handling corpses.
How the form has changed
The 10 13 edition renames Liability Coverage to Covered Autos Liability Coverage and updates the form date. The exclusions are the same as 12 93.
