BP 07 01 Contractors’ Installation, Tools And Equipment Coverage

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adds businessowners property coverage for contractors' installation property, owned tools and equipment, non-owned tools and employees' tools, each with its own limit in addition to the policy's property limits.

   • Installation coverage now has one limit per occurrence instead of a per-job-site limit capped at three times that amount for all sites, with fixed $5,000 sublimits for transit and temporary storage.
