BP 05 98 Amendment Of Insured Contract Definition

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It replaces the businessowners insured contract definition so assumed tort liability counts only where the law permits it, and contracts indemnifying railroads for nearby construction or architects, engineers or surveyors for their plans or directions are not insured contracts.
