IM 7070 Rehabilitation And Renovation Coverage Endorsement

An American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) standard form. It covers building materials and, when a limit is shown, existing buildings being rehabilitated or renovated at a scheduled jobsite under a builders' risk policy, with its own valuation, coinsurance and vacancy rules.
