Coverage description
An American Association of Insurance Services (AAIS) standard form. A schedule that shows the property covered, catastrophe limit, coverage extension and supplemental coverage limits, coinsurance, reporting conditions, valuation and deductible for contractors' equipment coverage.
How the form has changed
The 01 12 and 01 25 editions reorganize the schedule and add entry lines for more coverage extensions, supplemental coverages and deductible options. The schedule itself does not change coverage terms.
