Coverage description
An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It increases the insurer's cancellation-notice period for an owners and contractors protective liability policy to the number of days entered in the endorsement schedule or declarations. The increase applies to legally permitted cancellations other than nonpayment of premium.

The schedule sets the longer notice period. The scheduled number of days replaces the notice period in the cancellation condition or an applicable state cancellation endorsement. If the endorsement schedule is blank, the required information appears in the declarations.

Nonpayment cancellations keep their existing notice rule. The longer notice period applies to other legally permitted cancellation reasons. This endorsement does not extend the notice period for nonpayment of premium.
