An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It lets you use additional numbered symbols, described in the schedule, to designate which autos are covered autos for each coverage.
How the form has changed
The 10 13 edition updates the coverage forms it applies to, dropping the symbols for forms no longer listed, and changes the form date. The symbol wording is the same.
