BP 17 24 Condominiums, Co–Ops, Associations – Directors And Officers Liability Endorsement

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adds claims-made directors and officers liability for the condominium, co-op or association named in the schedule, paying loss from wrongful acts of insured persons, with defense costs inside an annual aggregate limit and subject to a deductible.
