BP 17 01 Condominium Association Coverage

An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It adapts the businessowners policy for a condominium association, defining covered building and business personal property, adding unit-owners as insureds for common areas, and waiving recovery against unit-owners shown in the declarations.
