An Insurance Services Office (ISO) standard form. It limits businessowners property coverage to named perils, such as fire, lightning, explosion, windstorm or hail, smoke, aircraft or vehicles, riot, vandalism, sprinkler leakage, sinkhole collapse, volcanic action, transportation and certain water and electrical damage, in place of open perils.
